Alison was informative and she knew her stuff. Her delivery was detailed and gave us many options on how to conduct our massage moves and develop them with the ones she passed on to us. Very easy to talk to; great sense of humour; and she knew her stuff. I came out of this course having acquired furthr knowledge on deep tissue massage techniques which empowered me to go forward.I will keep a close eye to see what other courses are available, especially those run by Alison.

Bethanie led a fabulous deep tissue course. Her enthusiasm and support throughout was great. A very professional, positive and relaxed learning environment where I felt comfortable to ask if I was unsure of anything. Feedback of my own techniques was valuable and the pace of the learning was perfect. Loved that the majority of the day was hands on practical experience.
