I’ve always had a passion to help people strive and be the best they can be.

In 2002 I qualified with a first class honours degree in Psychology and began working as an Assistant Psychologist for the NHS. My clinical work left me feeling so much was missing from what could be a valuable healing process. I moved to Asia for a few years and began a journey into natural and alternative ways of healing the mind and body. My study focused around energy, manipulation and intuition as tools for healing. My Buddhist teacher taught me to close my eyes and see with my hands, this forms a basis of my treatments and teaching today.

I later returned to England and continued my training in Massage, Anatomy and Physiology, Osteopathy, Nutrition and many other Complementary Therapies. I firmly believe that no matter what qualifications or experience one may have, we can always continue to learn from each other.

I’ve been teaching now for over 20 years and love to share my knowledge and experience with other students.
