Learn how to:
Use effective postural and focused breathing techniques. Learn how to work with your breath in a powerful and effective way. You will then be able to help your clients to develop their own breathing techniques effectively.
Guide through different levels of meditation, including power animals, chakra and akashic records, which can have a powerful and healing effect for your clients.
Participate in cleansing the space using various elemental and musical tools. You will be actively creating a sacred healing circle, enabling you to create a safe, creative and conducive environment for meditation.
Learn a wide range of meditation exercises and strategies. You will be given a manual which includes numerous meditations that are gentle, relaxing and powerful in effect.
Learn how to set up an effective meditation group, lesson plans and teaching techniques.
This meditation course can be used for personal growth to learn how to meditate or improve your skills or you can use it professionally with clients and charge for this service as this is an insurable course.
It is not necessary to have any previous experience, although it would be beneficial to start to attend a regular meditation group and/or to establish your own meditation practice at home. You will be given the necessary guidance to put this in place when you attend the meditation course.
Angelic Tuning Forks
This meditation course is unique as Angelic tuning forks are also used, based on the ninth octave of the overtone series the Angelic Tuning Forks open the passageway to angelic kingdoms. In an overtone series two base tones create a third tone, and those three tones create 3 higher harmonics, and three lower harmonics, resulting in a total of nine simultaneous tones!
These frequencies represent the theological and archetypal energies of Jacob's Ladder, the Stairway to Heaven, and the Pillars of Light. This series was believed to unite Heaven and Earth. A Russian composer, Alexander Scriaben, created a piece called "Mysterium" that was slated to be played in India using bells sounding these tones.
The Angelic Tuning Forks Kit comes with the 3 tuning forks, representing the theological frequencies for the Jacob's Ladder, Stairway to Heaven, and Pillar of Light, a small mallet activator, and a velvet pouch. These forks are used for clearing auric fields, for helping to ground and focus, and for connecting or reconnecting with higher self. The first fork is also the same frequency as a Crystal Tuning Fork, and can be used for clearing crystals. Teachers use these forks for starting classes, and they are also being used in research to help children with ADD & Asperger Syndrome.

The aim of the course is to train students to become both effective and versatile meditation teachers, thus able to provide a meditation program for a wide range of clientele, regardless of one's religious background or personal belief system. The meditation teachers course covers Guided Meditation and Relaxation/Breathing techniques for both individual and group work. An emphasis is also drawn towards the healing aspects of meditation and visualisation work, thus incorporating the use of crystals/colour, the creation of a sacred circle and exploring one's power animal.
